A beautifully restored self contained house of character. Floor area of 120m2 with fully enclosed courtyard.
Stone façade, exposed beams, traditional fireplace and kitchenette in dining room.

Small patio and private garden with lawn and trees (banana trees, Judas tree..), enclosed by a hedge where you can take meals.
Swing, child's sand pit.

Garden furniture, parasol, deck chairs, BBQ.
Private parking for your car in our outbuilding (covered in flowers in the summer).

Mireille and Daniel Lécolle will happily provide bikes for all ages, baby equipment, table tennis and free use of the tennis courts in the village.

In Chéu, there is a bakery/grocery store, a café, an organic vegetable market gardener, a riding centre and tennis courts with free access to gîte guests.
For those keen on flying, there is "Ailes Florentinoises", gliding, parachuting and micro-light flying are available at the St Florentin-Chéu aerodrome.
For hikers there are forest and countryside footpaths close to the village.
Swimming pool 6km away, the Burgundy canal, river and railway station are 3km away.
